The Notocactus magnificus also commonly known as the Ball Cactus, is a striking addition to your collection. This beauty is native to areas in South America. It has a round, ribbed body with a bright green hue that is contrasted by golden-yellow soft spines. As it matures, the Notocactus magnificus can produce beautiful yellow or red flowers that bloom at the top of the plant.

Like most cacti, notocactus magnificus thrives in bright, indirect light. It’s best to water moderately during the growing season and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Using a well-draining soil mix specifically formulated for succulents or cacti will help the plant dry out quick enough to prevent any rotting.

Each living plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available.

(You will receive a bare rooted plant similar to the ones in the pictures provided.)
