Mammillaria Pico compacta
Mammillaria is one of the largest genera in the Cactus family with around 200 known species. Mammillaria Pico compacta is vibrant green, spineless variety and grows as a clump. Each individual head grows to be approximately 6cm in diameter and 15cm tall. Mammillarias are known for their ring or "crown" of flowers that appear in spring and summer.
Like most cacti, Mammillaria Pico compacta thrives in bright, indirect light. It’s best to water moderately during the growing season and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Using a well-draining soil mix specifically formulated for succulents or cacti will help the plant dry out quick enough to prevent any rotting.
Each living plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available.
(You will receive a bare rooted plant similar to the ones in the pictures provided.)
