Parodia leninghausii NEW
Parodia leninghausii otherwise know as the Yellow Tower Cactus is an interesting clustering cactus that has round columnar stems that are covered in yellow/light brown spines. They start off having a spherical shape but become more columnar as they age and will naturally cluster from the base. This variety produces very attractive yellow flowers in summer.
Like most cacti, Parodia leninghausii thrives in bright, indirect light. It’s best to water moderately during the growing season and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Using a well-draining soil mix specifically formulated for succulents or cacti will help the plant dry out quick enough to prevent any rotting.
Each living plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available.
(You will receive a bare rooted plant similar to the ones in the pictures provided.)
