Haworthia truncata dark green NEW
Haworthia truncata is commonly referred to as the ‘Horse's Teeth’ due to its unique leaf shape, is a striking and highly collectible succulent. Haworthia truncata is a slow growing variety that forms a clump of rectangular, truncated leaves that appear almost cut off at the top making it look like horse teeth hence its common name. The leaves of Haworthia truncata are thick and fleshy. They have a translucent window-like structure at the truncated top, which allows light into the leaf interior to facilitate photosynthesis.
Like most succulents, Haworthia truncata thrive in bright, indirect light. It’s best to water moderately during the growing season and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Using a well-draining soil mix specifically formulated for succulents or cacti will help the plant dry out quick enough to prevent any rotting.
Each living plant is unique and may vary slightly in size, colour, or shape depending on the season. Flowering plants are sent when available.
(you will receive a bare rooted plant similar to the ones in the pictures provided.)
